Travel Essentials for Wellness
Travel can be challenging on our bodies and the last thing you want when you are on vacation or a business trip is to feel bad! It seems like every time I go out of town my body rebels against the food and the different environment and I end up getting digestive issues, muscle discomfort, or decreased immunity. I have decided that this just can’t happen anymore so I am taking matters into my own hands! I am taking a trip to Salt Lake City next week for the doTerra convention and my goal is to feel fabulous and enjoy my trip to the fullest. I am going to share with you some of my favorite essential oils and vitamins that I just will not leave home without. I hope these oils help you feel healthy and energized next time you travel!

Now lets see if all of these things will fit in a quart sized bag!
** A quick note on traveling with liquids...All of your liquids must be contained in ONE quart sized bag, you submit this bag at the security checkpoint at the airport. I took essential oils on our trip to cancun and to SLC Utah last year... no problems. I brought smaller bottles with me (5 ml) so that I had room for more oils. Seriously I felt better on both of these trips than I usually do! So thankful I had my oils with me.
Other products that I would also bring with me while traveling are:
Lifelong Vitality Supplements (IQ Mega, DDR Prime, Microplex VMz)
PB assist- probiotics
Terrazyme- Digestive Enzymes
Fractionated Coconut Oil to dilute the oils or simply bring the Touch Kit which has already diluted essential oils.
A diffuser to use in your hotel room
On Guard Toothpaste
doTerra Salon Essentials Shampoo and Conditioner
Pretty sure I am going to have a great time on my vacation next week, with the support of my essential oils and some fun friends to hang out with :)

I truly believe that everyone should take a good quality multivitamin, essential fatty acids, cellular support and brain function, probiotics, and digestive enzymes. There are many brands on the market but many of them are chock full of nutrients that your body can’t absorb. I have found that if a vitamin is food based and the vitamins are the right ratio for our bodies, than we absorb the nutrients better.
It's spring time, the flowers are blooming, the beautiful green grass is freshly cut, my neighbors are out weed-whacking all the native weeds that are covering their hillsides. Everything is ripe and fresh and green....
Here are several safe essential oils and supplements that you can use with with your kids! Help your children feel better...naturally.
